Vine People are ambassadors for action: helping where needed. Some say they are super-heroes, others troublemakers. In a recent misadventure with poison ivy they broadcast, “Vine people are not terrorists”. Installations throughout Bloor / Lansdowne in Toronto and on YouTube – search Vine People. The Vine People, are hybrid series of half human, half vine sculptural works, were created for sites of concern, including along an underground toxic stream to call attention to its invisible winding through the Dupont/Bloor, Toronto neighbourhood and the city, on its way into Lake Ontario.
